| Building Entrance: Enter from parking lot on the North Side of the building. From South of Scarborough: From I-95 take exit 36, Saco onto I-195 then Exit 2b, Route 1 North. Continue on Route 1 North for just over 5 miles to Scarborough. Iannetta Osteopathic Manipulation is on the Right after the Fire Station, before Dunstans Corner, and across from the Rock n' Roll Diner. From North of Scarborough: From I-95 take exit 42, Scarborough. Turn right onto Payne Road and follow approximately 2.6 miles to the intersection of Route 1.
